How it works
 
The penis has three main chambers that are responsible for maintain an erection. There are two chambers running along the top of the penis called the Corpora Cavernosa. There is another chamber along the bottom of the penis called the Corpus Spongiosum.  These chambers are filled with blood from arteries at the base of the penis. The Corpus Spongiosum holds about ten percent of the total blood of the penis, and is responsible for protecting the penis urethra during an erection. The Corpora Cavernosa is the main chamber of the penis and is responsible for holding blood during an erection. The amount in which the Corpora Cavernosa can expand during an erection determines the size of the penis. In this program, we will be using exercises to stretch this chamber, resulting in increased size, and larger, harder erections. As this chamber is able to hold more blood, the increased pressure on the other walls forces the skeletal muscle of the penis to grow.
